Provisional (309) and permanent (100) stages for the spouse or de facto partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, applying outside Australia.
Identity
- Birth certificate showing the names of both parents, or the identification page of a family book, government-issued identity document, court-issued identity document or family census register
- Pages of the current passport showing the photo, personal details and issue and expiry dates
Relationship evidence
- Evidence of the relationship with the partner
- Evidence of any former relationships
- Evidence of any dependants
